In Greene County magistrate court a judgment for a $105 fine with a $15.75 surcharge was entered Feb. 7 against Akecheta Undiea Mark Hudnell of Boone on a charge of public intoxication. Court costs were $60.
Cases were initiated as follows: Justin Joe Downs of Churdan, harassment- third degree; Harmony Nicole Thompson of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia; Jesse Robert Kniffin of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia; Tanner Dean Bush of Churdan, interference with official acts; Jacob Robert Steward of Carroll, domestic abuse assault; and Lewis Delbert Randolph of Jefferson, theft- fifth degree.
